My sleep Routine

Yes even though I just started my blog and all of my posts have for the majority been published in the am I do sleep. When I do I use an app on my ipod (it's free) called Nature Sounds and turn on the mixer and play the Fire sound and mix it with the Cricket sound. Just to add depth to it though so I really can make believe I have a roaring, warm and crackling fire in front of me I turn on my electric candle! The candle takes three AAA batteries and has three settings; on, off, and a four-hour timer. I sit mine on the timer as to not run out of battery and the little vanilla scented, electric candle cast a soft glow in my pitch black room. But it isn't like a flashlight, the little flame shaped light flickers for a real candle experience! So I hoped you enjoyed my random advice for people looking for a new routine. As for buying the candle check out Walmart, Big Lots or really any store with a home section to it.
